Merry Christmas...
'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The CD’s were loaded in PC’s with care,
In hopes that Chau Le soon would be there;
The gamers were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of better fifa games danced in their heads;
And my wife in her undies, and I in my cap,
Had just settled down for a long winter's nap;
When out in the living room there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter;
Away to the computer I flew like a flash,
Tore open my email and hoped it would not crash;
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow,
Came shinning through the window on my keyboard below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a screenshot from Chau Le, yes it’s FEd2000 my dear!
His editor’s are so easy, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment that this would do the trick;
Then a loud crash from within the chimney it came,
And he winked at me, whistled and called me by name;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;
Now Ric, he said, look here, it is not quite ready,
I’m working on it hard, my time I’m spending plenty;
Don’t ask me how soon, I’m not quite yet sure, But I can tell you this, when it’s ready, it’ll have the cure;
All your changes will be easy to make, that I do know,
So let me get back to work, it’s on with the show;
He spoke not another word, but went straight to his work,
making an editor; then turned with a jerk;
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle;
But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight,
"MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD-NIGHT!" Posted by
