The patch includes:

• All EURO 2000 teams, the South American World Cup-Qualifying group, the Swedish, Italian, English and Spanish leagues along with other top clubs and national teams from around the world are completely updated with accurate current squads, kits and attributes based on stats from Championship Manager 99/00.
• This update also includes many new kits, three colored striped shorts, socks and sleeves that make the game look much better.
• There are also new adboards, new turfs and a new goal that looks much deeper and realistic than the original one.
• You can replay the Champions league final, play the next Serie A or Premier league season and why not go for the glory in your own EURO 2000?
• Combined with the Official FIFA RTWC Speech Upgrade this is the best update ever!

And the good news is we are currently working in partnership with them so that the next version of the MRA will include support for Fifa 98.

A New patch has been released at FIFA Max (http://www.fifamax.net) and in FIFA Max Chile (http://chile.fifamax.net), called Chile MAX.

This patch includes:

• The Chilean First and Second Divisions

• 3 Stadiums
• New Shorts, socks, and faces
• New Adboards (CM3G)

FIFALA 2000 Patch is Released

We have received the following news from Xavier of FIFA LA regarding the release of his patch:

" Please post the news of the biggest patch ever!!! More than 130 MB of edited stuff. The installation program has been divided in relative small parts (7 files of 8 MB each). We announced yesterday that the patch was going to be published the past weekend. Since there isn't too much time until FIFA 2001 arrives, so I decided not to publish Latin Leagues 2000.

Instead of that (due to all the tests that have been done with the Latin Leagues patch) FIFALA will publish FIFA LATINAMERICA 2000, the final version of the patch.

Thanks to the FIFA LA visitors, enjoy the patch!!!"

There has been yet another new addition to our network today. One of the most informative, respected and certainly one of the oldest soccer websites, Soccer Games Homepage, is now part of Soccer Gaming. Soccer Games Homepage or SGH is a huge collection of over 60 soccer games reviews and previews written by the webmaster of the site, Daniel Henriksen. Since opening in 1996, SGH has continuously expanded and prides itself on being the net's leading resource for soccer games reviews and previews. You'll be hard pushed to find a soccer game that has been released that isn't reviewed here. The site is updated regularly and I recommend everyone check it out today.

FIFALA Weekly Update

Xavier has sent me some news today. He has said a new site FIFA Magazine will be coming out very shortly. The site will be giving away a free copy of FIFA 2001 for their modem league they have upcoming. Also there will be many interviews and articles being posted by Xavier. So don't forget to check this out.

And now, the Beta version of the FIFA Latin American 2000 Patch has been released! This patch includes tons of leagues from South America, Central America and a few Spanish/Portugese European countries. New Stadiums, new kits, new menus, pack into this patch. You can get this patch from FIFA Series site.

Finally we have a note from Xavier:
The Latin modem leagues will be ready any day now. The winner of the 1st Latin American Modem Cup (to be held at www.fifala.com (Spanish) and www.fifabrasil.com.br (Portuguese) and the soon to be released www.fifaseries.com (English), will receive a free copy of FIFA 2001!

FIFA Latin America 2000

News from Xavier Baez and FIFA LA. A brand new Latin patch, FIFA LATINAMERICA 2000, will be released, here is a description of the second version of the patch.

This graphic patch is the first graphic patch to include a modified version of the FIFA.EXE file. Now, the FIFALA-PGL.EXE file will include the final version of the LGP (Latin Graphic patch, Fox Sports Network. This graphic patch includes the fog weather effect, new Replay buttons, realistic Penalty ball, new nets, new FIFA LA publicity, Fox Sports logos. New popups never seen before, bigger replay banners...New Spanish songs from grups like: Sobrepeso, Mano Negra, Molotov, Soda Estéreo...New chants from latinamerican and european teams

New Colombian and Chilean FIFA 2000 Mirror Sites

The opening of our new Latin American FIFA network site, FIFA Max has seen a flurry of quality South American websites open join Soccer Gaming. Two of the new ones that both went live today are Colombia FIFA 2000 and FIFA 2000 Chile.

Both of these two sites have incredible designs and are full of FIFA 2000 content with both sites concentrating strongly on their own country in areas like general downloads and patches.

Even if you don't speak to language, check out Colombia FIFA 2000 and FIFA 2000 Chile for some great eye-candy and perhaps even some super patches that will interest you.

PotD for Fifa 2001

I have received a number of queries regarding the planned release of Patch of the Day 2, which was penned in for 30th September in the Patches Database. I contacted Chris Davies who has developed the PotD series and he informed us of the following:

"Due to time limitations with my commencement at college and the imminent release of Fifa 2001, PotD 2 is now officially cancelled for FIFA 2000, but a new one WILL be released for FIFA 2001 soon after it's release on the PC".

Sorry this is not the news you were all waiting to hear but I know you will all be very excited of the prospect of PotD for Fifa 2001. We will keep you fully informed of progress with the development of this patch when it commences.

FIFA Max - New Latin American FIFA Network

Things are starting to heat up over at Soccer Gaming. Today sees the official launching of the net's newest FIFA Latin American Network of sites, FIFA Max. FIFA Max will be the new home of all of Soccer Gaming's South American based FIFA websites. It will also be updated frequently with the latest news plus details on awesome South American patches which will surly keep the disapointed FIFA 2001 users who would love to see their favourite Latin American team in FIFA happy.
