Israel Mini Patch

Shai wants to tell you about a mini patch he is working on. The mini patch belongs to the Israel national team and the name of the patch will be "ISRAEL Mini Patch". It will contains many new graphics and updated rosters.

FIFA Gaming Awards 2000 - Day 7

Just two days left now in the race for the inaugural FIFA Gaming Awards in association with Soccer Gaming.

Today its a bit of an England vs Italy battle as three predominantly Italian and two English nominees battle it out for the prize of Best Stadia. Check out the results here, and don't forget that tomorrow it's the Best Edited Graphics Award, followed by the climax of the Awards at 9pm BST on Monday when they will open the Gold Envelope and announce the winner of the FIFA Personality Of The Year 2000 Award.

Rumours abound about an Australian winner... but all will be revealed on Monday!

Please do not send me any *.rar files as we only accept *.zip files. Awards Week: Day 6 - Bonanza!

After a day off yesterday, we're back on the awards trail with not one, not two, but THREE (count 'em). Best Utility, Best Rosters, and Best Sound are all up for grabs this evening. To see who actually has won, visit the Fifa Gaming Awards.

Tomorrow, its 'Best Stadia', followed by 'Best Edited Graphics' on Sunday, before we close up on Monday with 'FIFA Personality of the Year 2000' - and I'm told there could well be a very special surprise here at Soccer Gaming to coincide with that announcement - stay tuned...

D/E 2000 Patch Update

The D/E 2000 Patch Team has taken a look into the future, and by doing so will present their next huge patch by September...D/E 2001-2004. The patch will be about Holland League (2000-2001) and Euro 2004. So you'll have to wait till September to select the team which you want to win it all in EURO 2004. They promise that it will be another excellent patch just like D/E 2000. We will have more news on the patch next week.

They would also like to thank everyone for their interest in the D/E 2000 Patch and promise they will upload the patch to a direct link. They will also release about 5 updates for the patch. You can currently download the D/E 2000 Patch here.

Fifa Gaming Awards Week: Day 4

Following on from yesterday's success for Rimo and the FIFAMANIA.IT team at the Fifa Gaming Awards in the Best International Website category, today's award is for the most popular download for FIFA 2000 - Best Jersey. More jerseys are downloaded every day than any other type of graphic, so as you can imagine this category is as hot as they come.

And the winner is : Robert Marney.

Patch Of The Day Wins

Remember to check out Soccer Gaming daily. Over there Drinky is in the process of announcing the winners of the FIFA Gaming Awards. Today he announced that the well renowned Patch Of The Day had been voted the most popular FIFA 2000 patch. This award goes to Chris Davies, who has spent literally months putting his heart and soul into this patch. Well done Chris, you've earnt your award!

Tomorrow he'll announce the most popular internationl website. The latest goss is that the battle is very tight and it could go either way between FIFAMANIA.IT, German FIFA 2000 Online and FIFA Latin America. Be sure to keep an eye on Soccer Gaming.

EURO 2000 Celebratory Skins Competition

Wow, what a fantastic tournament EURO 2000 has been, polished off by a memorable finale with drama right upto the last kick. It has totally restored my belief in International soccer after the disappointments of France 98.

As a mark of respect for this tournament and so it may long live on in our memory, I have decided to run a competition to create MRA Skins in celebration of this great tournament. Full details can be found at the MRA site.

Mexican League Patch

Nick from FifaGamer has kindly let me know that Ramon Antonio Vargas Jr. is working on a patch for the Mexican League. The patch will be called "Invierno Infierno" and is based on the Mexican Winter tournament. This patch will be exclusive to http://www.fifa00.com which means it will only be available for download there. More info on the patch and screenshots coming soon, so keep a look out.

FIFA UK Update

As many of you may have already heard, the very popular FIFAUK.COM site is in the process of moving to Soccer Gaming. Here is some news from one of the members of the FIFA UK team:
